Chicago ~ Ghosted: Spirits, Stories & Strategies For Recruiters

Boo! Women in Recruiting: Join us for a Halloween-flavored Open Mic type night on one of recruiting’s scariest habits: Ghosting! Share your best (worst?) ghosting stories, whether you were the one left hanging or had to leave a candidate on read, and walk away with real messaging and strategies to keep candidates engaged so nobody disappears into thin air. Come for the spirits, stay for the stories. It’s a chance to laugh, commiserate, and leave with a few new tools to keep your pipeline haunting-free. Plus a special Halloween treat: a live DJ! No costume required, but we won’t stop you. Thank you to our sponsor: Teamtailor is the all-in-one recruitment software loved by over 13,000 businesses and 200,000 recruiters worldwide.
