**Free-Of-Charge (Donations Accepted)** **9:15 AM - 10:15 AM** **No Pre-registration required** Join us in a welcoming circle of compassion, connection, and healing as we come together with a shared intention to nurture ourselves and send healing to others. Each gathering includes a gentle guided meditation designed to promote deep relaxation, inner peace, and self-healing. Together, we will also focus our collective healing intentions toward those in need. Following the meditation, there will be time for open discussion, reflection, and sharing in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, all are welcome. Many participants leave feeling deeply relaxed, uplifted, renewed, and more connected to themselves and the community around them.
