In-Person Support Group (Mixed)

Join us for a free peer-led support group for people with mental health challenges and family & friends. Everyone is welcome to share a topic related to their mental health and get feedback. \*Please bring a chair and food to share if you wish. :) We meet in the grassy area between the pool and the tennis courts at the intersection of Upas & Texas.
