She’s CEO of DeepLook Medical, an FDA-cleared AI diagnostics company focused on improving cancer detection for patients with dense breast tissue, and CEO/founder of HERhealthEQ, a nonprofit that’s improved the health outcomes of 151,000+ women in 13 different countries by expanding access to medical devices and equipment. Marissa approaches women’s health as infrastructure: when properly funded and built, it drives measurable returns across economies, workforces, and communities. Previously, Marissa held executive roles at Hologic, Olympus, Maquet Getinge, and has consulted for organizations including Pfizer, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), NuVasive, and Boehringer Ingelheim.
