Organizer’s description
Before You Hit Send: Building a Smarter Approach to Business Outreach Sending more emails, DMs, and proposals doesn’t necessarily lead to more business. Before you hit send, you need to be clear about who you’re trying to reach, why they should care, and what you’re actually asking them to do. In this interactive two-hour masterclass, entrepreneur and corporate executive Watchen Nyanue will help participants take a more intentional approach to identifying and reaching potential clients. The first half of the session will focus on the strategy behind effective outreach, including defining your audience, strengthening your positioning, making a clear ask, and avoiding some of the common mistakes that cause outreach to be ignored. During the second half, participants will put the strategy into practice using AI. They’ll work through exercises designed to help them develop or refine their ideal client profile, identify potential target clients, and begin creating a one-sheet that clearly communicates what they offer and why it matters. Participants will leave with greater clarity about who they should be pursuing, a more focused approach to outreach, and practical tools they can continue using to build their business. This is a working session, so participants should bring a laptop and come prepared to work on their own business in real time.
