Bring one part of your work or life that feels scattered or repetitive. This learning lab will show you how to turn a brain dump into a starting point, then guide you as you begin building a system that works for you. This lab is for any woman who wants one part of her week to run smoother and has already spent some time working with an AI assistant. You should be comfortable opening a chat, asking for what you need, and refining the result. We build from there. Bring a laptop and a free account with ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. What you’ll do Identify one source of chaos you want to organize Direct an AI to sort ideas and guide repeat work Start building your own system, with coaches there to help you adapt it to the way you work What you will walk away with: * A clearer place to start * The beginnings of a system you can keep refining * A way to think about what AI should handle and what you want to keep for yourself Instructor: Eleah Miner, AI systems architect and founder of Leala, who builds working AI systems for women solopreneurs.
