Organizer’s description
Building something of our own asks us to hold a lot—ideas, decisions, deadlines, relationships, travel, growth, visibility, and the ongoing responsibility of bringing our visions into the world. But expansion without care can quietly become depletion. In this immersive Energetic Wellth experience, Amickoleh Imani will guide us through practices designed to help recognize the early signs of burnout, understand where stress is showing up in our emotional and energetic body, and expand our capacity to create, lead, and grow without continually overriding our nervous systems. Drawing from her Energetic Wellth framework and the chakra system, we’ll explore how different areas of life can impact our energy, creativity, clarity, and ability to stay connected to ourselves as we expand. Because what if part of the exhaustion comes from continually reaching for a future version of ourselves that we haven’t stopped long enough to recognize is already emerging? Rather than forcing ourselves to become who we think we need to be, we’ll explore how to recognize where that person is already present—and create from there. This is an inquiry into greater vision without self-abandonment, expansion without force, and becoming without constantly treating the present self as inadequate. Through guided visualization, breathwork, and somatic witnessing, we’ll leave with practical tools for recalibrating our emotional state in real time.
