Breathe of Alchemy is a monthly, themed somatic breathwork journey held in the Akashic Records — designed to release what your body has been storing and return you to a grounded, peaceful, aligned state. No breathwork experience required. No complicated techniques. Just simple, rhythm-based breath that gets out of the way so your body can do what it already knows how to do. This in-person gathering is held with live music elements, Soul Sounds and a co-facilitator offering Reiki throughout the experience — adding another layer of support as your body opens and releases. In this 90–120 minute journey, you’ll move through: * Opening grounding and intention setting * Guided somatic breathwork * Emotional release and nervous system reset * Channeled light language — a transmission for your Soul * Integration and closing circle You are never alone in what comes up. A two facilitators present throughout to hold and support you — and you’ll leave with nothing left undone. Integration is built into the container. This isn't just another breathwork session, this is a soul-level clearing for the woman who’s been disappointed by experiences that didn’t go far enough, and who’s ready for one that does.
