Join us on November 15th for an afternoon of exploring the wild side of food! While hunting wild game and foraging for food were foundational survival skills for thousands of years, much of that connection has been lost in our modern era of farmed meats and conventional groceries. Let's step back in time and taste the incredible flavors our ancistors lived on. We are thrilled to partner with Chef Cameron Dunlap of Morchella PDX , who will be preparing an arriay of wild game meat dishes, local oysters and foraged mushrooms. Every tasty bite will be perfectly paired with a Teutonic wine. In fact, wild game was our very first thought for food pairingg with our wines. That is why the ring-neck pheasant is proudly featured on our label. To us, these animals are to be celebrated, deeply appreciated and respected for their sacrifice. This will be a lively, outdoor-open-kitchen style event so dress warm! $45 (plus ticket fees) per person: Includes five wild game small dishes, each paired with a Teutonic wine. Minors are allowed to attend with their parents or guardians. 10% discount on all wine (bottle) sales for attendees during the event. $55 adminssion at the door.
