Waffles, pancakes, and plenty to go with them. You will leave full. That part isn't optional. 🥞 Cheat Day is for people who usually do the sensible thing. The early run, the meal prep, the quiet Friday. For one night, nobody's counting. **Coming alone?** **Good.** Most people do.
