The quartet brings together legendary New Orleans bassist James Singleton and drummer Johnny Vidacovich with acclaimed vibraphonist and percussionist Mike Dillon and pianist Brian Haas---four distinctive voices creating a sound that is as unpredictable as it is deeply rooted in the Crescent City tradition. Known for their quirky melodies, sophisticated harmonies, groove-driven compositions, and punk-rock energy, Nolatet pushes the boundaries of contemporary jazz while maintaining a strong sense of rhythm and musicality.
