In the first half, you’ll look at your business through an investor’s eyes: demand, the numbers and how much depends on you being there. This is your chance to step back from the day-to-day, challenge your assumptions and get what’s in your head down on paper. Then we’ll explore customer lifetime value: how upsells, cross-sells, lower-priced alternatives and recurring offers can give customers more reasons to keep buying from you.
