Organizer’s description
About Event: Bring your lunch and join Magda Kufrej, career coach and founder of Work Ally, for an honest look at what AI is doing to the world of work — and why it lands differently for women. We'll start with what the research actually says: which tasks and roles are being automated, which are being augmented, and why the impact may fall harder on women than on men. Then we'll turn to the skills and roles on the rise — and map where you currently stand. You'll leave with a sharper sense of your skills, your options, and what to work on next. Stay to mingle afterwards. There'll be plenty to talk about. About Magda: Magda Kufrej is the founder of Work Ally and Lead Career Trainer at Climatebase, where she coaches mission-driven professionals looking to move into climate and impact work. Before becoming a coach, she led communications for a €2 billion portfolio of clean energy projects at the European Commission, then moved into climate tech startups and sustainability consulting. Today, she helps others navigate similar career transitions while exploring how AI is reshaping the future of work. So far, she has trained 3,500+ professionals and delivered 600+ hours of one-to-one coaching. In California after the Grace Hopper Celebration — catch her while she’s here! https://workally.eu
