Organizer’s description
If you're on a team building software with AI (product, engineering, design, or leading any of them), this one's for you. A lot of us went all in on AI to move faster, and now we're figuring out how to keep that speed and stay within budget. Every new model release or pricing change moves the goalposts, both for how our teams work and for the AI features we ship. We're going to dig into three questions: 1. How have AI spend and usage caps changed the way your team builds? 2. When you build AI into your product, how do you figure out what it'll cost to run? 3. Are you charging customers for those AI features, and how? We've got a great mix of leaders and builders on the panel, all bringing real stories from their teams: * Katie Wolf, CTPO at MeasuringU * Dean Clow, Engineering Manager at MeasuringU * Travis Swicegood, former CTO at FORM * Bree Thomas, VP of Product at Homebot.ai It's an interactive session with no slides. Bring the problems you're working through, compare notes with the panel and the room, and leave with ideas for what to try next.
