Organizer’s description
What to Expect? The mind of patient acceptance unlocks the door to deep inner peace and contentment and maintains our happiness even when things don't go the way we planned. Developing acceptance helps us find a different way of relating to frustrated desires and unwanted occurances. When we give up the idea that things should be other than the way they are we develop clarity, contentment, resilience and happiness. We can let go of resistance and fear and find a way to work with what we can change, rather than frustratedly clinging to what we can't. Session times: 10:30-11:30am Break 12:00-1:00pm £15 for non-members \| £5 under-25 \| free for members Book Here
