2026 Montclair Film Festival

9/27/26 UPDATE: Joyce and I will be buying the tickets tomorrow morning at 10am for everyone who has already RSVP'd. You will be hearing from us after that regarding who has your tickets and who you have to pay. We both request you pay by Zelle. If you don't already have Zelle, please get it ahead of time. (Cindy can take payment in all other ways but Zelle is preferred.) The first 6 folks who RSVP'd will get the Member discount. PLEASE NOTE: the order that RSVPs are shown on the events DOES NOT reflect the time that RSVPs were received. We have the reports that show the actual time that RSVPs came in and we will go by that:) \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- We are lucky enough to have the Montclair Film Festival to look forward to each year. It's where we get to see all kinds of movies ahead of their release as well as special events featuring interviews with cast members, directors and others related to the films. Here's how we do it: -The schedule comes out around 9/27 -Our group's selection committee meets to decide what films to post for group events -We list the movies to gauge interest from group members -Tickets go on sale to members 9/27-9/28. Those of us who are Montclair Film members buy the tickets for all (at the member discount) and then distribute them -Organizers then pick discussion venues, etc. More to come!
