In this series of meditation classes we’ll look at ways to bring light to the lives of others. By meditating on our growing understanding of Buddha’s teachings, we can bring wisdom to our activities that light up the lives of those around us. These practices are suitable for people of the modern world — simple methods to increase our own happiness and well-being, as well as the happiness of others. As we head into the winter season, our meditation classes will present many ways to experience and share joy in our world. Join us and let your light shine! Everyone is welcome. Nota: Esta clase también está disponible en español. What to expect: * Classes are approximately 1-1/4 hours long. * Classes include two guided meditations and a talk on Buddhism for daily life. * Occasionally Q&A is offered at the end of the class. * Although part of a series, each class self-contained so you can check out any single class or jump into the series midstream.
