Will update accordingly.*** We are heading to West Village! **Opens 10/10!** **Already one of the toughest resys in NYC!** In the **former EN Brasserie space (which we loved)**, he’s set up quite a magnificent kitchen, one with a **wood-burning oven** visible from the moment you walk inside, a central hearth that warms the room and inspires the menu, which is not only guided by the seasons, and the market but linked up with the harvest from Magic Farms, the farm Humm co-founded in 2021 with his friend, photographer-turned-farmer Maciek Kobielski. From preview menus sent my way, things sound like this: charcoal-grilled branzino, roasted chicken for two with brioche and butter, wood-fired focaccia, and a crispy feta dish.
