A group hike around CHEESEQUAKE State Park (about 6 miles).
Let's enjoy what's left of the fall scenery! The plan is to hike about 6 miles around the park starting from the HOOKS CREEK LAKE Parking area. Expect 4-500 feet of total elevation over rooted trails, stairways and sand roads. As always bring water, snack or lunch. Main entrance to park is 300 Gordon Rd, Matatwan, NJ. Restrooms at entrance. Follow signs to Hooks Creek Lake where we will meet.
