Hatha Yoga evening - Leith, Edinburg

Join us for a calming late-evening **Hatha Yoga** class in Leith every week for one full hour. As participants you will be guided through the practice of various ancient **Hatha Yoga** poses. No previous experience is necessary. Each weekly evening covers a set of thematic **Asanas** or **Hatha Yoga** poses. We begin every time with a 10-minute specific **Yogic** set of warm-up exercises. Please make sure you can arrive in time for that. Through our **Hatha Yoga** sessions one becomes anchored into the present moment, daily stress is waived, an encompassing heartful perspective emerges, and the inner balance is cultivated. Our group is offered in a safe, inclusive and supportive space.
