External Event: SW London Humanists "Staying Safe in a Digital World"

**Our friends at South West London Humanists are having an interesting session about Cyber Security. Why not attend and have a chat with them.** Please note that this is an external event and you will have to rsvp on the original event listed below See original South West London post: https://www.meetup.com/south-west-london-humanists-group-uk/events/316537061 "Hari Singh is Cyber Security Manager for the University of London (and one of our members). This evening is a 'must' for anyone concerned about staying safe online. As Hari says: "We live in a click-happy world. We click links, open attachments, scan QR codes and tap buttons without always stopping to ask one simple question: “Do I know where this is taking me?” In this talk, we’ll take a closer look at those mysterious, long and convoluted website links that turn up in our emails and messaging apps. I’ll show you how to read them, what to look out for, and how a few simple checks can help you spot a scam before you click. I’ll also share some other tips on how to stay safe online". **Doors open 7.30pm for 8pm start at Richmond Library Annexe, Quadrant Road, Richmond TW9 1DH** (*(Entry fee £5 to help cover costs - concessions available.)
