For one special evening, three voices of modern Lebanese cuisine—Jad Yousseff and Aga Youssef (co-owners of the award-winning Lebnani in Surrey, UK), Edy Massih (founder of Edy’s Grocer in Brooklyn), and Samaya Boueri Ziade (owner of Brooklyn’s acclaimed Sawa)—join forces for an extraordinary, multi-course dinner celebrating the warmth, generosity, and rich culinary heritage of Lebanon, and the release of chef Jad’s debut cookbook, *Lebnani: A Journey Through Family, Food & the Flavours of Lebanon*.
