Audition (1999) *CUG Film Society Film Meetup*

A widower agrees to a fake film audition, arranged by a friend to help him meet a new wife under the pretense of casting a role. Takashi Miike adapted the film from Ryu Murakami's novel, keeping its slow courtship intact right up until the story takes its infamous turn. Stay after the movie for our Cinema Underground film society meetup to discuss the film!
