Bookworms @ Bronx Bookcafe
October 14, 2026 · 12 PM
Nefer Bookcafé, 694 E. 241 St., Bronx County
A reading meetup at Nefer Bookcafé with a brief opening conversation about attendees’ books followed by independent reading together; attendees are asked to purchase something from the business.
Talk about your current book during the opening few minutes, then read independently together at Nefer Bookcafé; attendees are asked to support the business with a purchase.
Join us as we read separately, together! Nefer is the perfect 3rd location. The owner, Pumpkin, a lifelong Bronx native, is constantly changing and expanding the menu with local treats. When the weather is nice, grab a seat outside! We will spend the first few minutes talking about the books we are reading and then we will dive right into our own reads. See you there! PS- please remember to support this small business while we us the space by purchasing a drink, baked item, or one of the many paper/book products there is on display😊
