(AT CAPACITY) Edinburgh Film Club No.3: "Tales From The Hood" by Rusty Cundieff

"It's a wonder that Tales from the Hood isn't on more lists when it comes to classic horror" -BFI. Edinburgh Film Club will next be visiting Leith Kino to watch Rusty Cundieff's "Tales from the Hood". An anthology film about the African American experience, this is a bold, highly unique horror comedy. Executive produced by Spike Lee, "Tales from the Hood" has a singular voice that must be seen to be believed. The event is being held by Leith Kino, whose events take place at the Leith Depot. It recently won an award for "Film Society of the Year", thanks to its championing of under the radar films. The Edinburgh Film Club shares the Kino's love for communal cinema viewing and we hope you'll join us on the 25th to come see "Tales from the Hood", with a chat in the Depot bar afterwards about its themes. Due to the smaller size of this venue, tickets are limited, so act quickly to ensure you get yours. https://ticketlab.app/event/39758-Tales-from-the-Hood-1995-tickets#/
