Doral Toastmasters is a dynamic group of leaders and business professionals from all fields. Doral Toastmasters meets every Thursday from 7:15 a.m., sharp to 8:30 a.m., prompt. How Does It Work? A Toastmasters meeting is a learn-by-doing workshop in which participants hone their speaking and leadership skills in a no-pressure, supportive atmosphere. Toastmasters believe in constructive feedback to improve. A typical group has 20 to 30 members who meet weekly. A typical meeting lasts exactly 60 minutes. Every Toastmasters' journey begins with a single speech. There is no instructor in a Toastmasters meeting. Instead, members evaluate one another’s presentations. This feedback process is a key part of the program’s success.
