It takes just taking 10 minutes or less away from your day for you to get better. Nothing crazy, just a 1 mile run! Or walk whatever your body is feeling, we are here for it! Join us every Wednesday at 5:00p.m for a 1 mile run/jog/walk as we support each other and cheer each other on as we get better and go after our goals. We will meet right at the start of the Venetian bridge. Please plan to arrive by 4:45-4:50 as we are planning to start our run at 5:00 with a 10 minute grace period.
