Anchovies and Salt, Renton
An education and networking event for self-employed people titled “Becoming Bankable.”
Becoming Bankable is an educational experience built for self-employed individuals and business owners who want to understand how to position themselves financially for what comes next, whether that's homeownership, real estate investing, or business financing. Credit is the foundation of all of it. This session breaks down how lenders actually evaluate self-employed borrowers, what to fix before you apply, and how to walk into your next financing conversation prepared instead of guessing. Appetizers included with your registration The evening runs in two parts. Part one, 6–7 pm, limited to 30. A focused educational session for self-employed individuals and business owners working through the same financing questions you are. Space is capped to keep the room working, not performing. Part two, 7–9 pm, open to everyone. The room opens up. No business ownership required, just an interest in connecting. This is where introductions happen, relationships build, and the network does its work. The room will be full of real estate professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners working through the same questions you are.
