Kip brings a uniquely personal history to the [Four Mile Historic Park](https://www.fourmilepark.org/). This landmark property was once a private family farm owned by his grandparents, **Glen and Pearl Boulton**, who were the final private residents of the home before selling it to the City of Denver in 1975. Having stayed in the house frequently during childhood visits, Kip offers visitors an intimate glimpse into the past, seamlessly bridging his own family memories with the historic site's enduring legacy.
