Product Leader Dinner: The New Bar for Product Talent

Join Enrich and fellow senior product leaders for an intimate dinner and conversation about what’s changing in the product leadership job market and what it takes to stand out today. This month, we’re partnering with Stride, a recruiting firm run by two former PMs who are helping startups hire the best product talent in New York City. Zakir Tyebjee, Co-Founder of Stride, will kick off the event by sharing his story of why he left a decade of working in product to start a recruiting firm with his co-founder Wes Repass. The dinner topics will be focused on the job market for product management, including discussions on what the market is like, the rise of the “360 PM,” the skills becoming table stakes as AI changes how products are built, and what product folks can do to land the best opportunities today. To maintain a high-quality peer experience for Product leaders, all registrations are subject to approval. –About Stride– Stride is a recruiting firm run by two former PMs, helping founders hire the best product talent in New York City. Zakir and Wes spent more than a decade building products and hiring teams inside big tech and startups. They’ve been candidates, interviewers, hiring managers, and operators themselves, so they understand what great talent looks like and what it takes to bring the right people together. They’ve built their recruiting firm on their network, relationships, and community, and they bring that to every startup they partner with.
