It’s the heart of our club—**all paces, no egos, and a playlist that keeps things moving.** This run is about **connection over competition**, shaking off the stress, and getting in a few miles with friends new and old. No one runs alone, and no one gets left behind. Meet at City Swiggers - 86th St. b/w 1st and 2nd Ave - for bag and coat drop at 6:45pm, kick off run at 7:00pm. ### What to Expect: * **Pace:** Truly easy—think conversation pace * **Distance:** Usually 3–5 miles, but flexible based on the group * **Route:** Scenic, safe, and stroller-friendly when possible * **Vibe:** Social, supportive, and soundtracked by great music * **Post-run:** Rehydrate with beers or N/A drinks at City Swiggers ### Who’s It For? * New runners looking for a chill way to start * Regulars wanting a recovery run or rest-from-the-race mindset * Anyone who believes miles are better with music and community Pro Tip: Bring your favorite song rec—we rotate tunes weekly and you just might hear your pick on the next run
