Made Free to Rest

Join us at the Jamii Center for Arts & Media as we close out this year’s film festival with an afternoon dedicated to **rest, reflection, and community** in collaboration with [Gender Fucked Productions.](https://www.genderfucked.org/) After a weekend of gathering, storytelling, and celebrating Black LGBTQ+ voices, we invite you to slow down and make space for yourself. Together, we’ll explore rest as an important part of our creative and collective process an opportunity to pause, reconnect with ourselves and one another, set intentions, and reflect on what we’re carrying forward. Come rest with us. Come reconnect. Come back to yourself. Be sure to RSVP using this link: [Made Free to Rest | Black Alphabet](https://www.blackalphabet.org/event-details/made-free-to-rest-1)
