Event Description: Slow down, strengthen, and reconnect under the glow of candlelight. Join With Love Projects for a free, community-centered Candlelit Vinyasa — a grounding yet powerful flow designed to soothe the nervous system, center queer and trans bodies, and offer a space of collective rest and resilience. We’ll move through a strong, steady vinyasa flow in a gently heated room (about 90 degrees), creating the perfect balance of challenge and release.
