Already earning accolades from *Bon Appétit*, the Michelin Guide, and *Wine Spectator*, the concept showcases the rich culinary traditions of Mexico through a deeply personal lens. For one night, the James Beard Award semifinalists, JBF 2026 TasteTwenty chefs, and *Top Chef* finalist (Laura) bring the story of Maria Isabel to the table. Inspired by Laura’s roots in Guerrero—defined by tropical ingredients and coastal seafood—and her father’s Sinaloa heritage, the menu pairs regional classics like aguachile, chilorio, and machaca with peak- season ingredients from local farms.
