Hot Yoga

**Hot Yoga** The Hot Yoga class is practiced in a hot room. Beginners are welcome, step by step instructions are given. No prior experience is needed. First class is **FREE** for all members of the Ageless Yoga Meetup Group! Class includes postures, breathing exercises, and a period of relaxation at the end of class. You can bring your own yoga mat or use a yoga mat at the studio. After your first class, regular studio membership fees apply. More information about memberships can be found at www.ageless-yoga.com/memberships Hydrate well before and after class! The sign-up deadline is 8:00pm the night before class.
