This helps individuals cultivate a regular meditation routine and experience its benefits more consistently.* Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a unique method of meditation based on the experience of Self-realization through Kundalini Awakening. It establishes a deep state of inner silence and joy, where one experiences the deepest self, free from unhelpful thoughts, anxieties and worries. Sahaja Yoga is a (non-profit) organization and was founded in 1970 by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi and is now practiced worldwide. Sahaja Yoga is always free and available across the US and in more than 100 countries around the world. #meditation #carmelmountainranch #innerpeace #mentalhealth #selfhelp #peace #kundaliniawakening #kundalini #sandiegomeditation #sandiego
